"I've achieved my major career goals as a Learning & Development professional and In doing so, I've amassed a wide and deep knowledge within the Learning field - although, there is always more to know!

I think what's important about any L&D intervention is that there is a balance to be attained between any initial diagnosis of the current situation and what is required in terms of outcomes; remembering the people involved as well as the processes and systems. Indeed, there is a compelling case to consider any L&D initiative as a part of the whole (business strategy).

My approach to facilitate learning and development; whether it be training, coaching or mentoring is through the Scientific Enquiry and Socratic approach. People essentially learn by themselves; towards new skills and new understandings."

Other trainers/consultants may also be involved in events and assignments.
Their details will be published with the appropriate
course information.
Guest writer (or should that be Gastschreiber?) Dr Otto Harbinger gives his opinion on the darker side of Development
